Vortioxetine hydrobromide is an inhibitor of 5-HT1A, 5-HT1B, 5-HT3A, 5-HT7 receptors, and serotonin transporter (SERT). It is a novel diarylthioalkylamine antidepressant used for the treatment of depression and anxiety.
