Calcium phosphate, also known as calcium phosphate, is used in the food industry as an anti caking agent, nutritional supplement (fortified calcium), and flavoring agent. The pharmaceutical industry uses it as an antacid (for patients with excessive stomach acid) and can also be used as an additive in poultry feed.
