Fluazuron is a nitromethylene based systemic insecticide, belonging to the chlorinated nicotinoid class insecticides. It has a broad spectrum, high efficiency, low toxicity, low residue, and is not easily resistant to pests. It also has multiple effects such as contact killing, gastric toxicity, and systemic inhalation. Mainly used for preventing and controlling piercing sucking mouthparts pests.
